Opening Hours

Our Opening hours reflect the changes in the seasons and the number of daylight hours available! We are open all year round, 7 days a week except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.  See below for our opening times over the next few months.

                  9.30am – 4.00pm from October 31st 2022 to 26th February 2023

We have outside seating  available commanding an iconic view of the bay, magnificent in almost all weather conditions.  We also have under cover seating in our adjacent courtyard with minimal seating inside.  So come dressed for the weather and enjoy a warm welcome!

Wherever possible, we source our products from quality food producers in Devon. Our own local boat “Calypso” provides all of the crab and lobster to the café. The ice cream is  “Farmer Tom’s”  from Holsworthy and many of our cakes are handmade in Exmouth by Susie’s Devonshire Cakes or by our own staff.  We offer a wide selection of delicious sandwiches, panini and bacon and sausage baps alongside Pints of Prawns and Scallop and Bacon Rolls.  You can choose from a large range of coffees, teas and hot chocolates, with dairy and oatmilk alternatives, alongside juices and a variety of soft drinks.

We love seeing walkers and cyclists stop off for a break at The Longboat. If you think you would like to use us as a stop and are a big group, please use the number below to let us know in advance so we can be ready for you.

We are still very much a work in progress as the menu and facilities will continue to evolve over the next year or so. We are planning a more extensive refurbishment of the kitchen area to create more space so that we can extend the menu but this will take time.

In the meantime, please come and visit us to enjoy good food, a genuine welcome and probably one of the most unspoiled views in Devon.
